It’s disgracefully unfair

Dudley Council's decision on the two schools under threat has descended into farce. Neither should be closed since each is serving a community which needs it. But to recommend closure of one whilst keeping the other open is nonsense.

The recommendation to close Cradley High will now go forward to the School Organisation Committee. This consists of five groups which must vote unanimously if the school is to close. This means the councillors' group and the C of E group are on the spot.

For shame, they cannot uphold the council's disgracefully unfair decision.
