A 34-YEAR-OLD Priory man has been banned from the road for three years after admitting drink driving and driving without insurance.
Patrick Mallett, of Heather Road, was also ordered to serve 200 hours community service, fined £100 and ordered to pay £65 costs when he appeared in court on July 1.
Also in court that day:
Simon Fisher, aged 32 of Kings Road, Sedgley, admitted using or threatening unlawful violence and was given a 12 community rehabilitation order and made to pay £118 costs.
Mary Jean Flynn, aged 52 of Arden Court, Gornal Wood, admitted working while claiming social security benefit (three charges) and asked for 25 similar offences to be taken into consideration and was given 70 hours community service and ordered to pay £75 costs.
Before the court on July 2:
Richard Daniels, aged 21 of Pleasant View, Lower Gornal, admitted driving other than in accordance with a licence, driving without insurance, driving without a test certificate, failing to produce insurance documents and having a faulty indicator and was fined £650, ordered to pay £42 costs and was banned from the road for a year.
Roy Francis Fisher, aged 32 of Leabank Road, Netherton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and was given a two year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £55 costs.
In court on July 3:
Paul Michael Owen, aged 21 of Catherine Road, Hurst Hill, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and was fined £150 and ordered to pay £55 costs.
Jason James Phillips, aged 20 of Wrens Hill Road, Wrens Nest, admitted theft and was jailed for three months.
Lee Cullin, aged 26 of Pennine Drive, Dudley, admitted driving other than in accordance with a licence, driving without insurance, driving without a test certificate and failing to produce insurance documents and was fined £700, ordered to pay £35 costs and had eight points added to his licence.
Kelvin Ferguson, aged 22 of Walker Street, Netherton, admitted speeding and was fined £100, ordered to pay £35 costs and had four points added to his licence.
Ahmed Shuani, aged 29 of New Road, Dudley, admitted driving other than in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance and was fined £100 and had eight points added to his licence.
Jamie Anslow, aged 21 of Hilary Crescent, Lower Gornal, admitted using or threatening unlawful violence towards another and was ordered to serve 100 hours community service and ordered to pay £118 costs.
In court on July 4:
Wayne Nevin Harold, aged 20 of Stickley Lane, Lower Gornal, admitted failing to produce a licence, driving without insurance and failing to produce insurance documents and was fined £100, ordered to pay £45 costs and had six points added to his licence.
Stephen Lee Gray, aged 24 of Chapel Street, Pensnett, admitted driving other than in accordance with a licence, driving without insurance, driving without a test certificate and failing to produce a licence and was fined £600, ordered to pay £42 costs and was banned from the road for a year.
Nathan John Parfitt, aged 19 of Meeting Street, Netherton, admitted driving without insurance, failing to have the necessary protective heargear and driving other than in accordance with a licence and was fined £25, ordered to pay £35 costs and had six points added to his licence.
David Malcolm Holt, aged 26 of Middlepark Road, Russells Hall, was ordered to pay £100 compensation and £65 costs after admitting criminal damage.

Ian Stuart Rollinson, aged 30 of Lupin Road, Kates Hill, admitted theft and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £118 costs.
In court on July 8:
Jason Malcolm Saunders, aged 29 of Sunny Bank Road, Upper Gornal, admitted theft and was given a six-month community rehabilitation order and ordered to pay £80 costs.
Tony Walters, aged 30 of London Heights, pleaded guilty to stopping on a pedestrian crossing and was fined £60, ordered to pay £35 costs and had three points added to his licence.
